Parliament House NSW Facades Restoration (current)

Gartner Rose has been engaged by the Department of Parliamentary Services to undertake undertake critical maintenance works on the NSW Parliament House Macquarie Street Facades.

Works will consist of preliminary paint removal and materials investigation to help define the scope of works, desalination of sandstone elements, sandstone repair and partial replacement, removal and replacement of cementitious pointing / mortar joints, application of a new paint system to all facades including Macquarie Street fencing, Guardhouse and Speakers Wing, plus the replacement of decorative timber elements, as well as timber balustrade replacement.

Associated works will include facade lighting upgrades and other integrated and associated, fire, electrical, data and security works.
