Parsley Bay Caretaker’s Cottage (current)

Gartner Rose has been appointed by Sydney Water for the fitout of new amenity facilities within the existing Caretaker’s Cottage at Parsley Bay.

The scope of works will include, but not limited to:

• Modifications to the Caretaker’s Cottage including demolition of the existing ground and lower ground floors including underpinning, new concrete bored piers and sheet piling
• Installation of services including water, gas, sewer/pump out system, stormwater and power
• Fitout of new amenity and change room facilities within the cottage
• Landscaping and external concrete pavement

There is also an existing Sydney Water Ovium Sewer behind the building which will need to be protected throughout the duration of the works.

All works will be completed within a live environment, with the perimeter of the site remaining accessible to the general public.
