St John’s Road, Glebe

Gartner Rose completed a full renovation of a property on St John’s Road, Glebe. The site had been abandoned for ten years and had significantly deteriorated during this time.

Works included:

• site remediation (removal of contaminated soils) and asbestos removal
• demolition of non-required out-buildings
• complete restoration of the existing residence into two luxury residences
• conversion of the stables into two new residences

All residences were leased immediately upon completion and the client has since completed a second project with Gartner Rose.
