St Paul’s College (Stage 2)

Gartner Rose returned to St Paul’s College over the Christmas holiday period following the successful Stage 1 works during the 2022 mid year break.

In preparation for St Paul’s College admitting female undergraduates for the first time in its history, the Stage 2 works included the complete strip out and refurbishment of eighteen (18) showers and twenty (20) toilets, upgrading all to full NCC 2015 F2.5a(i) requirements for unisex facilities.

Works to upgrade kitchenette facilities was also undertaken.

The works were scheduled and completed within a strict nine week program to coincide with the College’s summer break to minimise the impact on residents. All works were completed whilst being mindful of the heritage aspects within one of Australia’s oldest and most prestigious colleges.
