Additional works will include:
- Relocation of the control board for the sewer package pumping station currently mounted on the side of the building
- Relocation of the firehose mounted on the southeastern side of the building on a new stand with water supply reconnected to the firehose
- Installation of new fencing panels to replace the upper walkway gates
Completion of the Me Mel Goat Island project will ultimately conclude in the transfer of Me Mel Goat Island to Aboriginal ownership and management.
