St Paul’s College (Stage 3)

Gartner Rose was appointed by St Paul’s College to undertake the third stage of refurbishment and fitout works at the College.

The project involved upgrades to a number of the bathrooms, with the scope of work to include, but not limited to:

• Complete strip out and refurbishment of 4 existing bathrooms with new showers and toilet cubicles.
• Conversion of 1 laundry space into kitchenette, including installation of sinks and zip taps under cupboards, shelf space, drawers, microwave space, new lighting and exhaust fans
• Renovation of 1 existing kitchenette

The significant upgrade works were undertaken within a very short shutdown period over the Christmas holidays, with no ability to extend the program. Works were completed in time for the return of students in early February.
