WestConnex M5 Arncliffe MOC3 Buildings

WestConnex is delivered by Sydney Motorway Corporation as a series of separate projects. The 33km motorway is to connect Sydney’s western and south-west suburbs with the Sydney CBD, Sydney Airport and Port Botany.

During 48 weeks of construction, over 12,252 hours were worked to complete the scope appointed to the Exhaust Ventilation, Supply Ventilation, Substation Building and Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Across the buildings, Gartner Rose completed the supply and installation of various specialised doors, frames, ceilings, external linings and hydraulic works.

Roofing and cladding works were also part of the scope to the MOC3 buildings.
