St Paul’s College Stage 1 Completion

Gartner Rose are pleased to advise the safe and successful completion of the stage one refurbishment works at St Paul’s College. St Paul’s College engaged Garner Rose to complete refurbishment and fit-out works across a number of bathrooms, bedrooms and laundries, with several of the laundries to be converted into kitchenettes.

Stage one included, but was not limited to:

• refurbishment of three existing bathrooms with shower and toilet cubicles. This involved a complete strip-out of the existing bathroom, whilst maintaining the existing layout
• three laundries were converted into kitchenettes. This included the installation of sinks and zip taps under cupboards, shelf space, drawers, microwave space, new lighting, and exhaust fans

The project will be completed in stages with all works completed in a live environment to minimise the impact on students, whilst being mindful of the sensitive heritage aspects of the building.
